After being long over due, lists are now properly updating for "Plan To" and "Not Interested." This bug only occurred when initially adding a series to your list for the first time. Because of this the bug could only be reproduced when adding a series for the first time to your list and could not be reproduced using the "remove entry" option. Because of this confusion the bug was very difficult to track.

As a result of this series some entries you may have marked "plan to watch" or "not interested" may be shown as completed on your listings. It is important that you carefully review your completed series to make sure everything is correct. You can do this on the list page which can be accessed when you are logged in which will allow you to manage multiple entries at the same time.
