The user pages have been upgraded to now show checklist information along with several other stats. At this time checklists are private and cannot be shared publicly. A public option will be available in the future to allow others to see your checklist. There will also be more options of the checklist such as sorting, overall rating, and several other improvements.
Additional search options will be added in the future to allow users to exclude titles they've already seen. As well as searching your own personal list straight from the search page. There is no set schedule for these updates at this time but they will be added sometime in the coming months.
