Synopsis
The worlds Goddesses have been fighting over Share energy for many years; that is until today. They signed a treaty which forbids any Goddess from taking Share energy from the other using any forceful means. Unfortunately as a result of Neptune's laziness, Planeptune's shares steadily plummet. So as a countermeasure Histoire sends Neptune off to find a way to remedy the situation.
