Synopsis
In the year 2019, 30 years after War World III, Neo-Tokyo is corrupted by selfish politicians, violence, drugs, and constant destruction. In this corrupt world, a young boy named Shotaro Kandea is part of a delinquent bike gang. When his gang encounters "The Clowns," his friend Tetsuo Shima finds himself in front of a mysterious boy with phenomenal powers. Tetsuo is taken away from the group as the others are arrested for injuring members of the Clowns. Tetsuo, once known as the underdog of the gang, now finds himself with godly powers given to him by a doctor hired by the government for a top secret project. Shotaro must fight against the powers of a god to save his friends and Tetsuo from destruction.
