Synopsis
A conflict during a colony's movement for independence grew into a full-scale war between Earth and the colonies. Eight months into a stalemate, the space rebellion forces threatened to send the colonies crashing into Earth. In a final move the Earth Federation deployed a secret weapon called the Mobile Suit Gundam which caused the rebellion forces to act, crashing hundreds of colonies into Earth and killing virtually all of the population.
Now in the year After War 0015, the Earth has begun to stabilize and the few survivors continue to try to rebuild Earth by forming villages. During this time, a 15 year old boy named Garrod Ran is offered a job to rescue a girl who was captured by a Vulture captain named Jamil Neate. While saving the girl (Tiffa), Garrold learns that she is a Newtype who has been captured to exploit her powers. With the discovery of the Mobile Suit Gundam X, Garrod may have what it takes to protect Tiffa in the upcoming battles.
