Synopsis
2035 is the year and it is Japan. A horrific accident occurs known as the "Burst" during a research project, spewing forth an out-of-control artificial life form called "Matter" that has spread throughout the Kurobe Gorge. The research city that was the hope for humanity is cordoned off by the government. Two years later, 15 year old Aiko Tachibana, who lost her family due to the Burst, learns something incredible from Yuya Kanzaki, a new transfer student at her school. Her mom and brother are alive! There is also a secret hidden deep within her body, and the answer to the puzzle lies at the "Primary Point that was the center of the Burst. Escorted by a highly trained team of divers and with Yuya by her side to guide her way, she becomes determined to infiltrate the restricted area and to see who is telling her the truth about her family being alive.
